John Caltagirone

John’s primary responsibilities include all property dispositions and financing activities, as well as overseeing all company operations. In addition, John plays a prominent role in developing TDC’s strategic growth plans. John is a member of the National Multi Housing Council’s Board of Directors and the ULI University Development Student Housing Council where he serves as Vice Chair. Before joining TDC, John worked at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in Dallas, Texas. John graduated from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
