TDC takes pride in being Fitwel/LEED certified and promoting a comfortable living environment for residents and their guests to enjoy. On top of being nationally recognized in standard design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings, we also place a large emphasis on programming engaging residential events and offering amenities for residents to enjoy, including outdoor spaces where they can study, exercise and spend time with friends.

As a company with a nationwide presence, TDC’s leadership team is committed to keeping DEI efforts top of mind for employees, residents and guests by developing and implementing equal opportunity efforts in employee and hiring efforts and training opportunities throughout the year.
