As Co-President of TDC Management, Crystal provides strategic leadership for the company's national property management platform, overseeing operations across a portfolio of over 30 conventional multifamily and build-to-rent communities nationwide. She leads more than 300 management professionals and is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, talent development, and resident experience across TDC's national portfolio while supporting the company's continued growth and long-term value creation.
