The Dinerstein Companies Celebrates the Opening of Aspire Reserve in College Station
The Dinerstein Companies (TDC), in partnership with Up Campus Student Living and Harrison Street Asset Management, is proud to announce the opening of Aspire Reserve, a new 19-story student housing community serving Texas A&M University students.
Aspire Reserve officially welcomed its first residents on August 1, opening ahead of the fall semester and marking an important milestone for the project and its development partners.
“Opening Aspire Reserve represents our continued commitment to creating exceptional living experiences in dynamic university communities,” said Todd Gaines, Development Partner at The Dinerstein Companies. “We are incredibly proud of what our teams and partners have accomplished, and we are excited to welcome our first Aggies home.”
A Premier Location Near Texas A&M
Located in College Station’s Northgate District, Aspire Reserve offers convenient access to the Texas A&M campus and some of the area’s most recognizable destinations.
The community represents TDC’s third development in College Station within the past decade, further strengthening the company’s longstanding presence and investment in the market.
Rising 19 stories, Aspire Reserve includes 873 beds across a diverse collection of floor plans ranging from studios to six-bedroom apartments. Residences feature thoughtfully selected finishes and conveniences designed for modern student life, including stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, soft-close cabinetry, LED bathroom mirrors, smart televisions, blackout shades and beverage refrigerators in select apartments.
Designed Around the Student Experience
Aspire Reserve was created to support every part of the college experience—from academics and wellness to recreation and connection.
The community’s extensive amenity collection includes:
- Two resort-inspired pools, including a heated pool on the eighth floor and a penthouse-level pool
- A two-story indoor and outdoor fitness and wellness center
- Dedicated yoga and Peloton studios
- Abundant study rooms and collaborative workspaces
- Golf and gaming simulators
- Resident game lounges and social spaces
- An elevated penthouse lounge with expansive views
- A beauty bar and sunless tanning
- A TULU on-demand rental market
- Dedicated bicycle storage and ground-floor retail
Aspire Reserve will also pursue Fitwel certification, continuing TDC’s commitment to developing healthier and more environmentally conscious communities.
A Collaborative Development
Aspire Reserve was developed through a joint venture between The Dinerstein Companies, Up Campus Student Living and Harrison Street Asset Management. Up Campus served as co-developer, while TDC Construction served as the general contractor. Additional project partners included B2 Design Co. for interior architectural design and Dwell Design Studio for architecture.
The opening reflects the shared vision of the project team: to deliver a best-in-class student housing community with an exceptional location, elevated design and amenities that enhance the overall resident experience.
“We couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter for Aspire Reserve,” Gaines said. “This community is a testament to the dedication, innovation and collaboration behind the project, as well as our continued commitment to College Station.”
