Aspire Post Oak on Track to Open in 2021

Nearby, Dinerstein Cos. topped out its tallest apartment tower yet ahead of schedule last week: the 40-story Aspire Post Oak at the northwest corner of San Felipe and Post Oak Boulevard.

Ludlow & Associates Construction originally projected reaching the final height on the 383-unit Gensler-designed building in January.

“Although we do business all over the country, Houston is our home and we are beyond excited for Aspire Post Oak to place its mark on the Houston skyline,” CEO Brian Dinerstein said in an announcement. “We look forward to creating a modern, cutting-edge, residential option at one of the most walkable and vibrant locations in the city.”
