McCall Grimes

McCall is TDC’s General Counsel, and sits on the Executive Leadership Team and Investment Committee. Prior to joining TDC, he practiced law at Vinson & Elkins, working on a deep and wide array of public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, and high-stakes mergers and acquisitions. McCall is a graduate of the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.
