Brian Dinerstein

Brian serves as the CEO of the Dinerstein Companies (TDC), a vertically integrated apartment developer and operator with $3.8 billion in Assets Under Management.  With a geographic footprint extending from Florida to California, The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) currently ranks as one of the largest “green” multifamily developers in the country with $4.7 billion in LEED Certified product completed or under construction.

Brian is especially proud of the team and culture created at TDC as evidenced by the company’s recent accolades including USGBC Green Builder of the Year as well as multiple design and development awards.  In addition, TDC consistently ranks as one of the best places to work in the country.

Brian is a frequent speaker and panelist on construction and development on both a local and national level. He is a member of the ULI Multifamily Silver Council and the Board of Directors of NMHC, (former president, Student Housing Division).  In addition, he serves on the  Executive Committee of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the University of Texas Real Estate Advisory Board.  Brian is active in the Houston Chapter of YPO.

Prior to working for TDC, Brian worked at Internet Capital Group.  Brian graduated from Vanderbilt University.
