The 2023 Winners in Student Housing by ORA were determined based on the J Turner ranks for the top 100 properties and the top 10 management companies.

For the sixth consecutive year, The Dinerstein Cos. is the No. 1 student management company with a companywide ORA of 78.92! The top student housing companies' ranking is based on Student Housing Business' list of the Top 25 Managers of Student Housing. We looked at these companies' ORA scores as of December to rank them. The average score of the top 10 student housing managers for 2023 is 66.14.

In addition, 4 of our properties were ranked in the Top 100 Properties in the Nation by online reputation!

We have the highest percentage of our student portfolio in the Top 100 properties, at 31% - an achievement we have not hit before! Additionally, this year J Turner started the Einstein Best of Award to recognize the properties in the Top 100 that excel in some of the most critical areas of on-site operations. Sawyer on Lincoln was named Communication connoisseur in the Best of Awards!
