The Millennium Santa Monica is Taking Shape

The Millennium Santa Monica is now rising at the former site of a mobile home park at 2930 Colorado Avenue.  The connection of five-story buildings will feature 356 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments – including 38 units of affordable housing – seated atop 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

The completed construction of Millennium Santa Monica is expected Summer 2019.
