Inner-Loop multifamily project gets green light
The Dinerstein Cos. and Coventry Real Estate Advisors are moving forward with a multifamily project inside 610 Loop. Construction can commence now that the partners have closed on the acquisition of 6.25 acres at 4410 Westheimer from the Kagan and Rudy families. Terms of the transaction were not released.

The Dinerstein Cos. has closed on its agreement to develop a high-end apartment complex near Highland Village. The Houston-based multifamily developer took over the project from Fort Worth-based Trademark, which was planning a much larger mixed-use project that broke ground in 2008 but was shelved amid the economic downturn.
